My Blonde / Damaged Hair Care Routine

I've had my hair dyed blonde for over a year now, it was a long process but I am very pleased with it. I recently had my roots extended for a more natural blonde look, and so I don't need to get bleach on my scalp anymore (so itchy!). I wash my hair every other day, it gets oily quite fast sadly. I am attempting to grow my hair longer so I rarely use hot tools and I like how it dries naturally anyway. I have thin hair but a lot of it, so I use quite a few products to keep it healthy. I've luckily not had much breakage or damage from bleaching my hair and I credit these products below for that.

Redken Extreme Anti-Snap Leave in Treatment - I love the Redken extreme line, if I had the money I would definitely have every part of it. This serum has been a life saver on my hair, when I don't use it even just once I can tell a difference. I use about 6 squirts of it a day, it really does stop ends from breaking off.

Pro-Voke Touch of Silver Shampoo - To keep my blonde extra bright and not ginger/yellow I use this stuff, it's a little drying but it works so well. It's very purple pigmented, more so than the daily use blonde shampoos. It allows me to make sure my hair always matches my extensions without constant toning.

Fantasia Hair Polisher Daily Hair Treatment - This stuff makes dry brittle hair silky soft. It's not greasy either, so you can use it all over your hair when it's wet. It keeps hair tamed and much healthier looking, even if it doesn't actually repair your hair.

Herbal Essences Body Envy Dry Shampoo - Hands down the best dry shampoo, it's so inexpensive as well. I use it for volume mostly, it makes my hair look full when I spray it around my roots. Bonus, it's only about three dollars at Walmart and smells really nice (compared to other dry shampoos). "No Drought" from Lush is also one of my favourites.

Moroccanoil Treatment in 'Light' - Such a good quality product, plus it smells amazing. I use this on the ends of my hair the day I'm not washing it because it makes the ends look less frizzy. Since it's an oil, definitely avoid anywhere near your roots.

Redken Extreme CAT Protein Spray - You can't notice a difference immediately with this stuff but it puts lots of protein and good stuff back into bleached hair. It's a little pricey, and a little annoying to use in the shower (spray on and rinse out before conditioner) but very worth it in the long run. I believe it really helped some super damaged parts of my hair that I thought were beyond repair.

L'Oreal Total Repair Extreme Conditioner - I use A LOT of conditioner and can't afford to keep buying expensive stuff so luckily this exists. It's very cheap and is probably the best conditioner for damaged hair out there. It's salon quality in my opinion, and the shampoo from this line is also great.

Let me know some of your favourite products in the comments, I love trying out new hair care.
